About
     Creative Resilience

Creative Resilience is a community art experience produced by The People’s Project powered by the Los Angeles Federation of Labor.

October 8 – 16, 2022, the Los Angeles Arts District will be the site of musical performances, educational workshops and showcase over 100 works of art by more than 50 visual artists.

The event will shine a light on BIPOC Angeleno workers’ experiences of pre- and post-pandemic economic hardship and their rich history of coming together through mutual aid to care for and support one another. Creative Resilience will include a Mutual Aid Expo related to work, artful depictions of solidarity, workers, challenges for workers in the past and present, and an envisioning of the future of LA labor.
